Limestone Sealer
Like all natural stone products it’s very important to seal Limestone to reduce the porosity of the tile and grout and prevent dirt and stains becoming ingrained in the pores of the stone.
Before sealing Limestone tiles it should be deep cleaned first, otherwise dirt will be trapped under the sealer and it will never give the desired appearance. Once the floor is completely dry it should be sealed with an impregnating sealer as opposed to topical. This will protect the limestone from liquid based spills and it also makes on-going maintenance easier.
Limestone Polishing
